When we talk about professionalizing management, we are not referring to all its components having to have a degree or degree, no. It is a totally different concept.
We are talking about how the company will make decisions. Do not depend on a person because it is the father for example or a brother because he is the eldest, or the one who has a career etc ... but that these decisions are taken by bodies established by the company for it.
The most logical thing is to create different levels for this decision-making, for example,
- Administrative.- Functional management on processes and procedures.
- Strategic level which will normally coincide with the Board of Directors in which that long-term vision of the company will be designed. Where we want to take it. What results do we want to obtain from it and what do we think should be its position in the market.
- A organizational level.- This will have senior management to organize and coordinate daily decision making and the transmission of values and culture of the company.
- A executive level.- That will be responsible for making operational decisions
- Family.- Family Council. Organ created for decision making regarding the family.
