Within this section we will have to distinguish two great moments,
- Succession in Management
- Succession in the Property
These are not specific issues, as usually happens in a large number of family businesses that property succession, for example, is prepared when there is no longer any remedy for the death of a family member.
The succession in the family business on a tremendously important issue that must begin to prepare since the descendants are very small because in essence it should not only be a transmission of knowledge of management and heritage but of the true essence of a family business “ winner ”and this is his culture and values
and this has to begin to be taught practically since the coming family is practically in the "cradle".
