Understand the Roles in the family and business

Each person develops several roles within his life, father, mother, entrepreneur, manager, worker, friend, spouse, partner etc ...

We develop each of these roles in different contexts and each one corresponds or must correspond with the appropriate time.

Well, in the family business it should or should happen exactly the same, each one must have their assigned and assumed role without confusing the role that plays in the company with the role of family.

That is, it is likely that in the company a person has the role of manager and another as a commercial or delivery person because within the business organization this design has been seen as the most convenient for the company and however in the family they are brothers.

Each person must accept and respect the role that the management bodies of the company have considered as more convenient for each component.
